1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LabLumen ("the Service"), which is operated by Fluxora LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LabLumen is an AI-powered informational tool that helps you understand health-related information you provide — including symptoms, lab and blood-test results, and medical images such as MRI, CT, and X-ray scans. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze the information you submit and generate plain-language insights for general educational purposes.

LabLumen is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is an information tool only and is not a medical device. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on LabLumen.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using LabLumen you confirm that you are 18 or older. The Service is not intended for children, and you must not upload another person's health information unless you are legally authorized to do so.
5. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. User Content
By uploading content to the Service, including but not limited to lab results, medical images, and symptom descriptions, you grant Fluxora LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your health content to train AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.
7. Fees, Payment and Refunds
Some features require payment, whether as one-time credits (including pay-as-you-go and Deep Analysis) or a recurring subscription. Prices are shown before purchase and are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access for the period already paid for. Your rights to cancel and to a refund — including the treatment of the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content delivered immediately — are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
9. Limitations of Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
Subject to the above, Fluxora LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any features thereof without prior notice.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
